Musica Mundo Concert Series in Amersfoort
Agenda Concert SeriesMusica Mundo Series brings you all year round in the atmosphere of different cultures from all over the world. Leading musicians and ensembles color the stage. For example, there was Moroccan, Armenian and Sephardic music, Americana, Senegalese, Italian and Cape Verdean music, Sufi music and hybrid forms with rock and jazz.
A regular performer is the Amsterdam Andalusian Orchestra, which we collaborate with to develop programs and bring in international guest artists. In collaboration with this ensemble, Musica Mundo develops new programs and brings in international artists.
There is often a workshop with the musicians prior to the concert.

The ArteGanza Foundation and Theater De Lieve Vrouw have been collaborating for years on a shared ambition: to inspire a culturally diverse audience with high-quality programming. ArteGanza's concerts and activities are a valuable addition to the theater's existing programming. Thanks to this partnership, world music is given a stage in the vibrant heart of Amersfoort, an ideal location for intimate concerts and new encounters.
Season
In the spring and fall, ArteGanza organizes the Musica Mundo Series at Theater De Lieve Vrouw. There are also Lights Out Listening Sessions: listening sessions in the dark with an introduction beforehand, an experience that stimulates all the senses.
