IDENTITY OF THE FOUNDATION
When this statement refers to 'we' or 'us', we refer to the ArteGanza Foundation, the responsible processor of personal data for the website on which this privacy statement is published, namely various cultural activities of the ArteGanza Foundation.
Whose personal data do we process?
We process (personal) data that you have made available, but we also process personal data via third parties insofar as this is in accordance with the law. We process data from different categories of data subjects. These are:

The ArteGanza Foundation processes various personal data for various purposes. The most common data are:

• Sex
• E-mail address
• Bank account number (IBAN) (for example in the event of a possible return of the ticket amount)
• Business information (Chamber of Commerce number, VAT number)
• Interaction data (for example cookies or information received when you contact us)
• Image and audio material

For what purposes do we process your personal data?
We use your personal data that are processed for business operations, for the proper performance of legal tasks and obligations and for the execution of a (possible) agreement. The most important processes and associated purposes for which ArteGanza Foundation processes personal data are:
Festival organization
Establishment and implementation of agreements with visitors and participants, relationship management and marketing, evaluating activities.
Services Ticket sales and program information
Informing and assisting visitors in purchasing tickets and providing visitors with information that we consider essential for the experience of the event.
General
Recruitment and selection of new employees and volunteers, making agreements with suppliers, complaints procedures, financial administration, archiving, auditing, execution of an agreement.
Use of visual material (photos and films)
The ArteGanza Foundation regularly has reports made of events and activities. These photos and films can be used for publicity purposes.
It is always possible to contact our photographer and indicate that you do not want to be photographed. It is possible to object to the use of certain images at any time. You can make this known by emailing info@arteganza.nl.
Giving and withdrawing consent
Personal data is necessary to carry out a number of activities. This includes being able to properly execute an agreement and its financial settlement.
In certain cases we ask for permission, or an opt-in (for example, to send newsletters or participate in an evaluation). We explain for what purposes we use your data. You can always withdraw the consent given or adjust your preferences.
How long will your data be kept?
We do not store the data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data was collected. A legal retention period applies to some personal data.
How can you view, correct or delete your data?
You can send a request for access or correction to the ArteGanza Foundation via info@arteganza.nl. Please clearly indicate that this is a request for access or correction on the basis of the GDPR. You can also request to have your data deleted, this is only possible to the extent that the ArteGanza Foundation can still meet its legal obligations (such as the legal retention periods) and can still execute the agreement that we have entered into with you.
You are also entitled to file a complaint about the use of your data with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Security of your data
The ArteGanza Foundation handles personal data confidentially. The ArteGanza Foundation takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that personal data is protected. We report (attempted) abuse.
Web Analytics and Cookies
The ArteGanza Foundation measures and analyzes the click behavior of visitors to the website for the quality of our digital services. We use functional and analytical cookies for this. The ArteGanza Foundation uses various WordPress and Google Analytics to ensure that the website functions optimally and to improve ease of use and to actively collect feedback from users. The data we use for this cannot be traced back to private individuals.
Data sharing with third parties
On behalf of the ArteGanza Foundation, third parties can provide certain parts of the service in the execution of an agreement. The ArteGanza Foundation makes agreements with these processors to ensure confidential and careful handling of personal data. These agreements are contractually recorded in so-called 'processing agreements'.
