It is prohibited to use drugs on the event site. If this is found, the drugs will be confiscated.
It is prohibited to possess drugs on the event site.
It is prohibited to trade drugs on the event site. If this is found, you will be removed from the event site and handed over to the police.
Instructions and instructions from the (security) staff must be followed immediately. If there is suspicion of an offense prohibited on the event site, security may search.
It is prohibited to enter the event site under the influence of drink and/or drugs. If this is found, access will be refused/denied, without the right to a refund of the admission ticket.

It is prohibited to distribute flyers, hang posters and/or banners or carry out other types of promotional activities on and/or around the event site and parking areas without permission from the organization.
It is prohibited to climb stages, tents, trees, structures, fences or other objects on the event site. It is also not permitted to take items and/or items from the event site.
During the entire event, identification is required on the entire event site, just like in the rest of the Netherlands. The following forms of identification are valid: driver's license, passport and identity card.
Pets are not allowed on the festival grounds and are therefore not admitted.
Anyone who enters the event site gives permission to make video, photo and sound recordings in which he/she may appear. The organization uses these recordings for promotional purposes.
Loud music will be produced on the event site. The organization is not liable for any adverse consequences that this may have for your hearing. The organization advises to occasionally find a quiet space so that the ears can get some rest.
The program is subject to change. An attempt will always be made to program a replacement act of the same level with a similar musical style.
Entering the event site is at your own risk. Volunteers or employees working for the organization cannot be held liable for any injury and/or material damage or immaterial damage that visitors to the location and/or event may experience.
The event takes place at the Lieve Vrouwekerkhof in Amersfoort. The NIX18 policy applies here. The entrepreneurs are responsible for not serving alcohol to guests under the age of 18.
The organization strives to make Musica Mundo Festival a pleasant and safe place for all visitors. Discrimination, intimidation, destruction, incitement, aggression, causing nuisance or violence in any form will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event site without refund and/or transfer to the police.
Crowd surfing, graffiti, open fire and climbing (temporary) structures are prohibited.
The festival takes place on beautiful grounds and we would of course like to keep it that way. We work with a circular cup system of rPET soft cups where the used drinking cups are recycled into new cups in a high-quality manner. The single-use cups must be collected cleanly and carefully: that is why we ask you to return the used cups to the bar. There are recycling stations for other waste.
In situations where the house rules do not provide, the organization decides on possible measures to be taken. The organization's decision in this regard is binding.
